Please note that, since the accommodation at the Rose Hall Resort and Spa will be All-Inclusive,  the conference registration fee for those staying in the hotel for the duration of the conference will be lower than normal. Regular (higher) fees will be charged for those staying elsewhere since there will be an additional cost for meals and services for non-residents of the hotel.

Paper Submission

The Conf-IRM Conference Management System is now  closed for paper submissions. 
 
Thanks to everyone that submitted papers.  We look forward to receiving your papers for the 2011 conference.  The call for papers will be sent out in early June 2010

Registration

All attendees must register and pay the conference registration fee before being allowed into the conference venue.  The registration fees are outlined below.  All requests for refund will be subject to a cancellation fee.  Refunds will not be granted on late registrations since commitments would based on the registration would have been made and cannot change at that late date.
 
For Conference Registration and Payment of Fees, we are using the service provided by EDAS at http://edas.info . 
 
If you are already registered on EDAS please login. After login, Click on the Register tab. You will get a list of conferences (https://edas.info/listConferencesRegister.php ). Click on the Conf-IRM 2010 link. Click on the Register Self icon.
 
If you are not registered on EDAS please do so and then follow the instructions above. 
 
SCHEDULE OF CONFERENCE REGISTRATION FEES
 
The room rates for the Rose Hall Resort and Spa, A Hilton Hotel, are all-inclusive.  Therefore we have a lower fee for those staying there.  We encourage all delegates to stay there.  Those not staying at the Rose Hall will pay a higher registration fee.
 
All fees are in US Dollars. Fees include attendance at all workshops, conference sessions and exhibits; conference dinner and the Welcome Reception.
Cancellation fees of $50 and  $75 will apply to Early and Regular registrations, respectively, if done in writing (email or fax) before May 1, 2010.  There is no refund after May 1, 2010 since commitments would have been made to the Hotel by that time.

**This will be checked.  Participants who pay the lower rate and end up not staying at the hotel will be charged $100 per day for access to the facilities, food, etc.

Manuscript Guidelines and Style

All submissions to Conf-IRM should follow the guidelines outlined in the model paper.  Please ensure that the author information is not included in the paper. 
 
Papers should be submitted through the Conf-IRM paper submission system
